Pistachio Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 carton (16 ounces) whipped topping.
02 - 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix.
03 - 6 to 7 drops green food coloring (optional).
04 - 3 cups miniature marshmallows.
05 - 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, undrained.
06 - 1/2 cup chopped pistachios or walnuts.
07 - Extra whipped topping for serving (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix whipped topping and pudding mix.
02 - Add green food coloring if using.
03 - Gently fold in marshmallows.
04 - Add undrained pineapple and mix well.
05 - Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
06 - Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
07 - Before serving, add extra whipped topping if desired and sprinkle nuts on top.
