French Dip Sliders (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb thinly sliced roast beef.

1/2 cup beef broth.
03 -
1/4 cup soy sauce.
04 -
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
05 -
1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
06 -
1 tsp garlic powder.
07 -
12 slider rolls.
08 -
6 slices Swiss cheese.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
10 -
1 tbsp poppy seeds.

1 tbsp dried parsley.
Instructions:

In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat and keep warm.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place slider rolls on a baking sheet. Layer each roll with a slice of Swiss cheese and a portion of sliced roast beef.

Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and dried parsley.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.

Serve warm sliders with the prepared au jus for dipping.
