French Dip Sliders (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef.
02 - 1/2 cup beef broth.
03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce.
04 - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
05 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard.
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
07 - 12 slider rolls.
08 - 6 slices Swiss cheese.
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
10 - 1 tbsp poppy seeds.
11 - 1 tbsp dried parsley.

Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce heat and keep warm.
02 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place slider rolls on a baking sheet. Layer each roll with a slice of Swiss cheese and a portion of sliced roast beef.
03 - Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and dried parsley.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
05 - Serve warm sliders with the prepared au jus for dipping.

Notes:

01 - These French Dip Sliders are a crowd-pleasing favorite, perfect for any gathering or weeknight dinner.
02 - For a spicier kick, add a slice of jalapeño or a drizzle of horseradish sauce to each slider.
03 - These sliders are best served fresh from the oven with plenty of au jus for dipping.
