Fruity Pebbles Bread (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

½ teaspoon baking soda.

¼ teaspoon salt.

½ cup unsalted butter, softened.

1 cup granulated sugar.

2 large eggs.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

¾ cup buttermilk.

1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal (plus extra for topping).
Instructions:

Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes). Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.

Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk, starting and ending with dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Fold 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles cereal into the batter.

Pour batter into the loaf pan and top with extra Fruity Pebbles. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
