Oreo Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips.
03 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter.
05 - 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies.
06 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows.
07 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, and 1/4 cup unsalted butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
04 - Fold in 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies and 1/2 cup mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
07 - Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper or foil. Cut into squares and serve.
