Jello Poke Cake (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix.

1 cup water.

1/2 cup vegetable oil.

3 large eggs.
05 -
1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jello.
06 -
1 cup boiling water.
07 -
1/2 cup cold water.
08 -
1 cup whipped topping.
09 -
1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries (optional).
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan. Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions, using water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.

In a bowl, dissolve strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and mix well.

Once the cake has cooled, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the surface of the cake.

Pour the Jello mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes. Refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or until the Jello is fully set.

Spread whipped topping evenly over the cake. Garnish with chopped fresh strawberries if desired.
