Maple Pumpkin Bread (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour.

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

In a separate bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, granulated sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
