Peach Blueberry Cheesecake (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup granulated sugar.
02 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs.
04 - 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 2 cups heavy cream, whipped.
08 - Fresh peach slices.
09 - Fresh blueberries.
10 - Mixed peach and blueberry sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a springform pan and chill in the fridge.
02 - Beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla extract and fold in the whipped cream. Spread the mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
03 - Decorate with fresh peach slices and blueberries. Drizzle with mixed peach and blueberry sauce before serving.

Notes:

01 - Tip: Allow the cheesecake to chill for at least 4 hours before serving for the best texture.
