Instructions:

Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Stir until smooth.

Coat the interior of each waffle cone with the melted white chocolate and set them on a parchment-lined baking tray to firm up.

Pour 1/4 cup of melted butter into a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the canned peaches (with juice), brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

Transfer the peach mixture into the baking dish and layer with crumbled cake, slices of cold butter, and chopped pecans.

Dip the top of each cone in melted white chocolate and dust with crushed graham crackers.
