Peach Cobbler Cones (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Waffle ice cream cones: for the cone base.
02 - White chocolate chips: 1 cup, for coating.
03 - Coconut oil: 2 tbsp, for melting with white chocolate.
04 - Cinnamon graham crackers: 6, crushed into crumbs for coating.
05 - Peaches in juice: 1 large can, for cobbler filling.
06 - Butter: 1/2 cup (divided), for cobbler and layers.
07 - Brown sugar: 1/4 cup, for cobbler sweetness.
08 - Cinnamon: 1 tsp, for cobbler spice.
09 - Nutmeg: 1/4 tsp, for cobbler spice.
10 - Chopped pecans: 1/3 cup, for cobbler crunch.
11 - Butter or pound cake: 4 cups, crumbled for layering.
12 - Butter: 2 sticks, softened for cheesecake buttercream.
13 - Vanilla extract: 1 tsp, for flavor.
14 - Powdered sugar: 4 cups, for sweetness in buttercream.
15 - Heavy whipping cream: 2 tbsp, for buttercream texture.
16 - Cheesecake pudding mix: for flavor in buttercream.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish. Stir until smooth.
03 - Coat the interior of each waffle cone with the melted white chocolate and set them on a parchment-lined baking tray to firm up.
04 - Pour 1/4 cup of melted butter into a 9x9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
05 - In a separate bowl, combine the canned peaches (with juice), brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
06 - Transfer the peach mixture into the baking dish and layer with crumbled cake, slices of cold butter, and chopped pecans.
07 - Bake for 25-30 minutes and let cool.
08 - Dip the top of each cone in melted white chocolate and dust with crushed graham crackers.
09 - For the buttercream, beat softened butter with cheesecake pudding mix until smooth. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, and whipping cream, beating until light and fluffy.
10 - Fill the bottom of each cone with a layer of cheesecake buttercream.
11 - Add a layer of peach cobbler mixture, followed by another layer of buttercream.
12 - Top each cone with more peach cobbler and drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.
