Lasagna Cups (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 lb ground beef.
02 - 1/2 cup chopped onion.
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 cup marinara sauce.
05 - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - 1/2 tsp dried basil.
09 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano.
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
11 - 6-8 lasagna noodles, cooked and cut into small squares.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in marinara sauce, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
04 - In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
05 - Place a layer of cut lasagna noodles in each muffin cup. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture, followed by a spoonful of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese on top.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy these individual lasagna cups fresh out of the oven!.
