Pumpkin Cobbler (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 ½ cups granulated sugar.
03 - 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice.
04 - ½ cup evaporated milk.
05 - ½ cup melted butter.
06 - 2 cups brown sugar.
07 - ½ cup chopped pecans.
08 - 3 cups hot water.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine the evaporated milk and melted butter.
04 - Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
05 - Spread the batter evenly into the greased baking dish.
06 - Sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top of the batter.
07 - Carefully pour the hot water over the top without stirring.
08 - Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cobbler is set.
09 - Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

01 - Tip: Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
02 - For added richness, drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
