Pumpkin Cobbler (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour.

1 ½ cups granulated sugar.

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice.

½ cup evaporated milk.

½ cup melted butter.

2 cups brown sugar.

½ cup chopped pecans.

3 cups hot water.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.

In a separate bowl, combine the evaporated milk and melted butter.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Spread the batter evenly into the greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top of the batter.

Carefully pour the hot water over the top without stirring.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cobbler is set.
