Pumpkin Rice Krispie Treats (Print Version)
Ingredients:

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal.

1 cup mini marshmallows.

1/4 cup unsalted butter.

1/2 cup pumpkin puree.

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.

1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional).

1/2 cup candy corn (optional, for topping).

Sprinkles for decoration (optional).
Instructions:

Melt the butter over low heat in a large pot.

Once the butter is melted, add mini marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth.

Add pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the melted marshmallow mixture, stirring until fully combined.

Remove the pot from the heat and quickly stir in the Rice Krispies cereal until all the cereal is coated.

If using, gently fold in the white chocolate chips for added sweetness.

Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Transfer the Rice Krispie mixture into the dish, pressing it down evenly with a spatula.

Let the treats cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes until set.

Once cooled, cut into squares. Top with candy corn and sprinkles for decoration, if desired.
