Bbq Ramen Noodles (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 packs Ramen Noodles (flavor packets discarded).
02 - 3 tbsp Olive Oil.
03 - 1 lb Boneless Chicken Thighs (optional).
04 - 1 Diced Onion.
05 - Salt and Pepper (to taste).
06 - 6-7 Cloves Minced Garlic.
07 - 1/3 cup Japanese BBQ Sauce (or hoisin sauce).
08 - 2 tbsp Soy Sauce.
09 - 1-2 tbsp Sriracha.
10 - 4 tbsp Butter.
11 - 1 Bunch Green Onions (sliced).
12 - Optional: Sesame Seeds, Additional BBQ Sauce, Yum Yum Sauce.

Instructions:

01 - Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.
02 - Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, chicken (if using), onion, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
03 - Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by the Japanese BBQ sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, and butter. Stir to coat the noodles evenly.
05 - Press the noodles into the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crisped.
06 - Add the sliced green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
07 - Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds, extra BBQ sauce, or yum yum sauce if desired.
