Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix.
02 - 2 cups cold milk.
03 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1 lb strawberries, sliced.
08 - 3-4 bananas, sliced.
09 - 1 box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed (or graham cracker crumbs).
10 - 1 cup strawberry puree.
11 - 1 cup whipped topping.

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
02 - Add in the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
04 - Mix the strawberry puree with whipped topping until well combined.
05 - In a large pan or individual serving containers, layer the pudding mixture at the bottom.
06 - Add a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices and strawberry slices.
07 - Spread a layer of the strawberry cream over the fruit. Repeat layers as desired.
08 - Garnish with extra strawberries, bananas, and crushed vanilla wafers on top.
09 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Serve chilled.
