Strawberry Swirl Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2 ½ cups white chocolate chips.

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk.

1 tsp vanilla extract.

¼ cup strawberry jam or preserves.

Pink food coloring (optional, for a more vibrant swirl).
Instructions:

Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.

Warm strawberry jam in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it easier to swirl.

Drop small spoonfuls of jam over the surface of the fudge and use a knife or toothpick to create a marbled effect.

Add a few drops of pink food coloring for a more vivid swirl, if desired.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until firm and set.

Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into small squares.
