Ingredients:

01 - Fresh strawberries: 2 cups, hulled and sliced, for a fruity base.
02 - Vanilla bean: 1, split and seeds scraped, for a rich vanilla flavor.
03 - Heavy cream: 1 cup, for creaminess.
04 - Whole milk: 1 cup, for a smooth texture.
05 - Granulated sugar: ¾ cup, for sweetness.
06 - Salt: Pinch, to enhance the flavors.

Instructions:

01 - Start by integrating the strawberries, vanilla seeds (keeping the pod), heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
02 - Warm the mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it begins to simmer.
03 - Remove from heat and let it sit for 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.
04 - Afterward, remove and discard the vanilla pod.
05 - Blend the mixture thoroughly using an immersion or regular blender until smooth.
06 - Pour the blended mixture into a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
07 - Transfer to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
08 - Scoop the churned ice cream into a freezer-safe container and freeze for a couple of hours until firm.
09 - Serve in bowls or cones and enjoy the creamy strawberry-vanilla delight!.
