Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle.
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni.
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
06 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash).
07 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
03 - Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
04 - Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.
05 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.
06 - Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, tucking the ends in as you go.
07 - Place the stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
08 - Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden brown finish.
09 - Cut a few small slits on the top to allow steam to escape.
10 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
11 - Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes:

01 - Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
02 - Make sure to roll the dough tightly to avoid it opening during baking.
03 - Use a sharp knife to cut small slits on top to release steam.
