Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 tsp Italian seasoning.

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash).

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping).
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Layer the pepperoni slices over the cheese.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the pepperoni.

Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, tucking the ends in as you go.

Place the stromboli seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden brown finish.
