Ingredients:

Instructions:

Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread this mixture on each slice, then roll up tightly.

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the roll-ups in the skillet and cook each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Immediately roll each cooked roll-up in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. Serve warm with maple syrup on the side.
