Parmesan Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken tenderloins.
02 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
05 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix chicken tenderloins with oil, parmesan and all spices in a bowl until evenly coated.
02 - Heat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
03 - Place chicken in air fryer. Cook 4 minutes, flip, then cook 3-4 more minutes until internal temp hits 165°F.
