Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large chicken breasts, halved horizontally.
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano or parsley.
03 - ¼ cup mayonnaise.
04 - 2 cloves minced garlic.
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - Salt to taste.
09 - 1 cup fresh grated parmesan.
10 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 390°F.
02 - Slice breasts horizontally and pound to even thickness.
03 - Combine mayo, garlic, seasonings and salt in a bowl.
04 - Mix panko and parmesan in shallow bowl.
05 - Spread mayo mixture on chicken then coat with parmesan mix.
06 - Air fry 10-12 minutes until 165°F, flipping halfway.
07 - Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.

01 - Pound chicken for even cooking.
02 - Flip carefully to keep coating intact.
03 - Check temperature for doneness.
