Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
03 - 1 small onion, finely diced.
04 - Salt and pepper to taste.
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
06 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough.
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional).
09 - Pickle slices for serving.
10 - Ketchup and mustard for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in bacon and cheese.
02 - Flatten biscuit rounds, add filling to center, fold and seal into balls. Place seam-side down on lined baking sheet.
03 - Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Heat oven to 375°F.
04 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with condiments.

# Notes:

01 - Can add Worcestershire sauce to beef for extra flavor.
02 - Try different cheese varieties for variation.
