08 - ½ cup sliced bell peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.
02 - Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spread approximately ¼ cup of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
03 - Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce on each tortilla.
04 - Distribute the pepperoni slices, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives evenly among the four tortillas.
05 - Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the toppings. If you prefer a spicier wrap, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
06 - Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla about an inch, then roll up tightly from the bottom, ensuring the fillings stay secure inside. Place the wraps seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Lightly brush the tops and sides of each wrap with olive oil. This will help them become golden and crispy during baking.
