Potato Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups mashed potatoes.
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
03 - 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled.
04 - 2 green onions, finely chopped.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
09 - 2 large eggs, beaten.
10 - 1 cup breadcrumbs.
11 - Cooking spray or olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment and spray with oil.
02 - Combine potatoes, cheese, bacon, onions, and seasonings in large bowl until well mixed.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon mixture and roll into balls.
04 - Roll each ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Place on prepared sheet.
05 - Spray balls with cooking spray. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
06 - Let cool slightly. Serve warm with ranch or sour cream for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Add cheese cube inside balls for extra melty center.
02 - Can be made ahead and reheated in oven to maintain crispiness.
