Easy Baked Teriyaki Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
02 - 1 green onion, sliced
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

→ Teriyaki Sauce

04 - ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
05 - ¼ cup fresh orange juice
06 - 2-3 tablespoons water
07 - 2 tablespoons honey
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
10 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
11 - ½ lemon, juiced
12 - ½ tablespoon gluten-free flour

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F
02 - Whisk together all teriyaki sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well combined
03 - Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish and pour sauce over them
04 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily
05 - Spoon thickened sauce over salmon and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion

# Notes:

01 - Can use skin-on or skinless salmon fillets
02 - Honey can be substituted with brown sugar, maple syrup, or agave
03 - Best with fresh ginger, garlic, and lemon juice
