Use a 10x7 baking dish at least 2 inches deep for assembly.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add banana pudding mix and milk, then mix until velvety smooth.

Arrange a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top of the cream layer.

Add another layer of ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream mixture spread evenly on top.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to allow the dessert to set.

Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and garnish with fresh banana slices. Slice and enjoy!.
