Banana Tiramisu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package gluten-free ladyfingers.
02 - 5.1 oz instant banana pudding mix.
03 - 16 oz cream cheese (room temperature).
04 - 16 oz milk (choose thicker options for dairy-free, e.g., Ripple).
05 - 1 banana (sliced).
06 - 4 tbsp caramel sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a 10x7 baking dish at least 2 inches deep for assembly.
02 - In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add banana pudding mix and milk, then mix until velvety smooth.
03 - Arrange a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom of the dish. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers.
04 - Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on top of the cream layer.
05 - Add another layer of ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream mixture spread evenly on top.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 6 hours to allow the dessert to set.
07 - Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and garnish with fresh banana slices. Slice and enjoy!.
