Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
02 - 2 cups cold milk
03 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
06 - 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced
07 - 1 (11 oz) box vanilla wafers

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
02 - Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, then gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
03 - In a serving dish (a trifle dish or 9x13 baking dish works well), create a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by a layer of banana slices, then top with a layer of the pudding mixture.
04 - Continue layering vanilla wafers, banana slices, and pudding mixture until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
05 - Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving to allow flavors to meld and wafers to soften.

# Notes:

01 - For a decorative touch, crush a few vanilla wafers and sprinkle them on top before serving.
02 - Choose bananas that are ripe but still firm for the best texture and flavor.
03 - This dessert is best enjoyed within 2 days, as the bananas will begin to brown after that.
