Bang Bang Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasonings

01 - 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
04 - ½ teaspoon paprika
05 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ Sauce & Garnish

06 - 1 cup bang bang sauce (homemade or store-bought)
07 - Green onions, chopped for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Mix salt, pepper, and paprika in small bowl. Season chicken evenly with mixture
02 - Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F
03 - Remove chicken and tent to keep warm. Add bang bang sauce to skillet, scrape up brown bits, and simmer 1-2 minutes
04 - Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve
