In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, diced onion, salt, chopped relish, white vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix everything together until well combined. Put the sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can come together.
02 -
Heat a skillet over high heat and add a small amount of oil. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of ground beef in the center of each tortilla. Gently press the beef down onto the tortilla to create an even layer. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of the beef.
03 -
Place the tortillas meat-side down in the hot skillet and immediately lower the heat to medium-low. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and crispy. If your skillet is big enough, you can cook two tacos at a time. Flip the tacos over and cook the other side until it's crispy and golden.
04 -
Top each taco with a slice of cheddar cheese while it's still warm so the cheese melts a bit. Add chopped lettuce and pickles on top.
05 -
Drizzle the Big Mac sauce over the top of each taco. Serve right away while the tacos are still warm and crispy!
