Breakfast Crescent Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
02 - 6 large eggs
03 - 4 slices American cheese
04 - 6 strips bacon, cooked
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375 degrees. Cook your bacon until crispy and set it aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Scramble the eggs or make one big omelet - whatever's easier for you. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked, divide the eggs into 8 equal portions.
03 - Open the can of crescent rolls and separate them into 8 triangles. They'll look kind of lopsided, which is perfect.
04 - Cut each slice of cheese in half so you end up with 8 pieces total.
05 - On the wide end of each crescent triangle, place one piece of cheese, one strip of bacon (you can break it to fit), and one portion of scrambled eggs.
06 - Starting from the wide end, roll up each crescent roll until the bacon, eggs, and cheese are completely wrapped inside. Place them seam side down on your prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake for about 13 minutes until the tops turn golden brown and the dough is cooked all the way through.
08 - Let them cool for just a minute or two, then serve while they're warm and the cheese is still melty.

# Notes:

01 - These are perfect for feeding a crowd at breakfast or brunch.
02 - You can prep the eggs and bacon the night before to save time in the morning.
03 - Turkey bacon or sausage patties work great instead of regular bacon.
04 - Use any cheese you like - cheddar, Swiss, or pepper jack all taste good.
05 - These are best eaten fresh and hot, but leftovers can be reheated in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
06 - You can add diced peppers, onions, or ham to the filling if you want.
