Breakfast Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 large eggs, divided.
02 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls.
03 - 8 sausage links.
04 - 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved.
05 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Beat eggs and reserve 2 tablespoons; scramble the remaining eggs and set aside.
03 - Unroll crescent dough into triangles.
04 - Place half a slice of cheese on each triangle, add scrambled eggs on top, and then place a sausage link.
05 - Roll up dough triangles from the wide end, place them on an ungreased cookie sheet, brush with reserved egg, and season with salt and pepper.
06 - Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
