01 -
Preheat your oven to 350°F. These breakfast sliders are going to be a hit with everyone!
02 -
Heat a large 12-inch skillet over medium heat and add the diced bacon. Cook until it's nice and crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain off the excess grease.
03 -
In the same skillet with the bacon fat, add the breakfast sausage and cook, breaking it up as you go, until it's completely browned and cooked through. Transfer to the plate with the bacon.
04 -
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream until well combined. Heat the skillet again over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour in the eggs and gently scramble with a spatula until they're just set and fluffy. Season with salt and remove from heat.
05 -
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet or large baking dish.
06 -
Start layering your breakfast goodness! Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the bottom buns, then top with the cooked sausage and crispy bacon. Place the cheese slices over the meat, then crown with the top halves of the rolls.
07 -
In a small bowl, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and stir in the maple syrup until combined. This sweet and savory combo is what makes these sliders special!
08 -
Brush the maple butter mixture over the tops of the sliders, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. If they start browning too quickly, just cover with foil.
