Buffalo Chicken Party Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed.
03 - 1 cup ranch dressing.
04 - 1 cup Frank's RedHot sauce.
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - ½ cup green onions, chopped.
08 - 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided.
09 - 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded, divided.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil chicken breasts in water for 25 minutes until cooked.
02 - Let chicken cool, then shred it.
03 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
04 - Spray 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
05 - Heat cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in pot.
06 - Whisk until cream cheese melts completely.
07 - Mix in chicken, green onions, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup cheddar.
08 - Pour into baking pan.
09 - Top with remaining cheese.
10 - Bake 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
11 - Broil 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
12 - Serve hot with chips or veggies.

# Notes:

01 - Can use rotisserie chicken (4 cups shredded).
02 - Freshly shredded cheese works better than pre-shredded.
03 - Can be made in slow cooker.
04 - Great for parties and game days.
