Butterfinger Candy Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural style).
02 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs.
06 - ½ cup crushed butterfinger bars.
07 - 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips.
08 - Extra crushed butterfingers, sprinkles or coarse salt for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat peanut butter and softened butter together with electric mixer until well combined.
02 - Mix in vanilla extract until blended.
03 - Slowly beat in powdered sugar in batches. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and crushed butterfingers.
04 - Scoop 1-1½ tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Freeze balls for 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Melt chocolate in microwave at 30-second intervals at 50% power. Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate.
07 - Sprinkle with crushed butterfingers, sprinkles or salt. Let chocolate set completely.

# Notes:

01 - Use regular peanut butter not natural style.
02 - Chocolate bark gives smoother finish than chips.
03 - Can use double boiler instead of microwave for melting.
04 - Stores in fridge up to one week.
