Caprese Salad (Print Version)

Fresh cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze. A quick Italian appetizer.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2½ cups cherry tomatoes.
02 - 1½ cups fresh ciliegine mozzarella.
03 - ½ cup fresh basil.
04 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano.
05 - Black pepper to taste.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
07 - 1 teaspoon sea salt.
08 - Balsamic glaze to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Halve tomatoes, arrange on platter.
02 - Add mozzarella balls to platter.
03 - Tear basil leaves, sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
04 - Drizzle with oil, sprinkle salt, add balsamic glaze.

# Notes:

01 - Prep ahead but add oil and glaze just before serving.
