Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - ¾ cup brown sugar, packed.
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
06 - 2¼ cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt.
09 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
10 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
11 - ¼ cup granulated sugar for filling.
12 - ½ teaspoon vanilla for filling.
13 - 1 large egg yolk.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla and egg yolk until smooth. Refrigerate.
02 - Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and chips.
03 - Refrigerate dough 30 minutes.
04 - Wrap tablespoon of dough around teaspoon of filling, roll into balls.
05 - Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes until edges golden.

01 - Chill dough to prevent spreading.
02 - Let filling firm up.
03 - Cool before serving.
