→ Wraps and Base

02 - 7 ounces cooked chicken, chopped (rotisserie works perfectly)
03 - 3 ounces grated cheese blend (cheddar or Mexican blend)
04 - 1 green onion, chopped

→ Garlic Sauce

05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced or grated
06 - 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
07 - 1 tablespoon light Greek yogurt
08 - 2 teaspoons hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
09 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ For Cooking

10 - Olive oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt. Mix everything together until well combined and creamy.
02 - Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. On the lower third of each tortilla, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of cheese, then add about 2/3 cup of the chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle another tablespoon of cheese and some chopped green onion over the filling.
03 - Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up, making sure the filling stays secure inside. The seam should be on the bottom.
04 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and spray lightly with olive oil spray. Make sure the pan is hot but not smoking.
05 - Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy. Flip carefully and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes. Cover with a lid during cooking to help melt the cheese and warm the filling.
06 - Remove from heat and let cool for a minute, then slice each wrap in half diagonally. Serve immediately while the cheese is still melty and the outside is crispy.

# Notes:

01 - These wraps are crispy on the outside and loaded with gooey, garlicky goodness on the inside - perfect comfort food.
02 - Using rotisserie chicken makes this recipe super quick and convenient for busy weeknights.
03 - The combination of mayo and Greek yogurt creates a creamy base that's lighter than using all mayo.
04 - Covering the pan while cooking helps melt the cheese perfectly and ensures the filling gets heated through.
