01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or muffin tin to prevent sticking.
02 -
Take each biscuit and flatten it into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. You can use your hands or a rolling pin.
03 -
Place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella and a few pieces of pepperoni.
04 -
Carefully gather the edges of each dough circle and pinch them together to seal completely, forming a ball. Make sure there are no openings where cheese could leak out during baking.
05 -
Place each pizza bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet or in muffin tin cups, leaving some space between them.
06 -
Brush the tops of the dough balls with melted butter. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese.
07 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
08 -
Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
