Chicken Caesar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce.
02 - 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken.
03 - 1/3 cup Caesar dressing.
04 - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup homemade croutons.
06 - Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste.
07 - 4 flour tortillas (10-inch).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine lettuce, chicken, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons in large bowl. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat tortillas in pan over medium heat 15-30 seconds per side until pliable. Cover with towel to keep warm.
03 - Place filling in center of each tortilla.
04 - Fold opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. Secure with toothpick if needed.
05 - Cut in half or serve whole immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Best served same day.
02 - Can use any type of cooked chicken.
03 - Can warm tortillas in microwave instead.
