Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ lb chicken breast.
02 - 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta.
03 - 3 cups heavy cream.
04 - 12 oz shredded parmesan.
05 - 4 tablespoon butter.
06 - 2 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - ½ cup chicken broth.
08 - 2 tablespoon gluten-free flour.
09 - Seasonings (paprika, oregano, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper).
10 - 2 teaspoon dry shallots.
11 - 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
12 - ¼ cup pasta water.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta al dente. Mix chicken seasonings. Pound chicken and season both sides.
02 - Sear chicken 5 minutes each side in oil. Lower heat, cover and cook 10-12 minutes until 165°F.
03 - Melt butter, add seasonings. Add flour, then broth and cream. Whisk until smooth. Add parmesan until melted.
04 - Add pasta to sauce, thin with pasta water if needed. Slice chicken, add to pasta.

# Notes:

01 - Let chicken rest before slicing.
02 - Salt pasta water well.
03 - Use pasta water to adjust sauce thickness.
