Chicken Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred).
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 2 cups marinara sauce.
07 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil.
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
10 - 1 tsp onion powder.
11 - 1 tsp dried oregano.
12 - Salt and pepper to taste.
13 - Fresh basil for garnish (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
02 - Dredge chicken in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
03 - Brown chicken in olive oil over medium heat, 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
04 - Place chicken on baking sheet. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
05 - Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Garnish with basil if desired.

02 - Best served immediately for crispiness.
