Chimichurri Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
02 - 2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
04 - 1/2 tsp sea salt.
05 - 1/4 tsp dried oregano.
06 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
07 - 1/4 tsp smoked paprika.
08 - 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper flakes, and paprika.
02 - Stir in chopped parsley.
03 - Or combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle or food processor.
04 - Season to taste.
05 - Serve over roasted or grilled vegetables.

01 - Can freeze in ice cube trays.
