Chipotle Roast Beef Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Slider Base

01 - 1 package King's Hawaiian sweet slider buns
02 - 9 slices deli roast beef

→ Cheese Layers

03 - 5 slices provolone cheese
04 - 3 slices cheddar cheese, cut into squares

→ Toppings and Sauce

05 - Chipotle sauce to taste
06 - French's crispy fried onions

→ Butter Topping

07 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - Garlic powder for sprinkling
09 - Sesame seeds for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Carefully slice the connected Hawaiian slider buns in half horizontally, keeping them attached as one unit. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
02 - Place the 5 slices of provolone cheese evenly across the bottom halves of the slider buns, covering the surface completely.
03 - Layer the roast beef slices evenly over the provolone cheese, distributing them across all the slider bottoms.
04 - Drizzle chipotle sauce over the roast beef according to your heat preference. Add the cheddar cheese squares on top, then sprinkle with crispy fried onions.
05 - Place the top half of the slider buns over the assembled sliders, maintaining the connected unit.
06 - Brush the melted butter evenly over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds for extra flavor and appearance.
07 - Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 10 minutes until heated through and tops are golden, or smoke on a smoker for the same amount of time.
08 - Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Cut along the individual bun lines to separate into sliders. Serve immediately while hot and cheese is melted.

# Notes:

01 - Hawaiian sweet buns add a perfect touch of sweetness to balance the chipotle heat
02 - You can adjust the amount of chipotle sauce based on your heat preference
03 - These can be assembled ahead and baked when ready to serve
04 - Smoking adds extra flavor but oven baking works perfectly too
