11 - Mini Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies, chopped
12 - Candy eyes

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray. Press the refrigerated cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Take it out and let it cool completely - this is important so the next layer doesn't melt!
02 - In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar until the mixture is light and creamy. Gently fold in one container of thawed Cool Whip. Add blue gel food coloring a tiny bit at a time using a toothpick, stirring until you get the Cookie Monster blue shade you want.
03 - Using an offset spatula, spread the blue cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust. Put the dish in the fridge to chill while you make the next layer.
04 - Whisk together the chocolate fudge pudding mixes and milk until well combined. Let it sit and thicken according to the package directions. Once it's thick, gently fold in the chopped Oreos.
05 - Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the blue cheesecake layer. Put it back in the fridge to set.
06 - Set aside 1 cup of plain Cool Whip. Tint the rest with blue gel food coloring until you get the color you want. Spread the blue Cool Whip over the pudding layer. Drop dollops of the reserved plain Cool Whip on top and gently swirl it with the blue for a fun marbled look.
07 - Sprinkle the chopped mini Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies all over the top. Add candy eyes to make it look like Cookie Monster! You can arrange them randomly or make a face - get creative!
08 - Refrigerate the whole dessert to let all the layers set completely before serving. For clean slices, use a sharp knife and wipe it clean between each cut. Serve chilled and watch it disappear!

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the cookie crust is completely cool before adding the cream cheese layer or it will melt.
02 - Use an offset spatula for the smoothest, most even layers.
03 - This is perfect to make ahead - the longer it chills, the better the layers set.
04 - For a truly no-bake version, skip the cookie dough and use a ready-made cookie pie crust.
05 - Kids love helping decorate this with the candy eyes!
