Sweet Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (2 large potatoes).
02 - 3 tablespoons butter.
03 - 2 tablespoons half-and-half cream.
04 - Salt to taste.
05 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
06 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 cup chopped pecans.
08 - 1/3 cup butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Bake sweet potatoes at 350°F for 60 minutes until very tender.
02 - Peel and mash potatoes with butter, cream, and salt.
03 - Spread potato mixture in greased baking dish.
04 - Mix brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
05 - Sprinkle topping over potatoes.
06 - Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
