Cowboy Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
03 - 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard.
04 - Juice and zest of ½ lemon.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped.
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped.
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
09 - ½ teaspoon cayenne.
10 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Slowly melt butter in pan, then stir in all remaining ingredients until combined.
02 - Mix softened butter with all ingredients in bowl.
03 - Transfer to plastic wrap, form into 1-inch diameter log.
04 - Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until firm.
05 - Slice compound butter or use melted sauce for dipping.
