Cranberry Apple Crumble (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 4 cups diced apples (about 3 medium)
02 - 1 cup fresh cranberries
03 - ½ cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
05 - 1 tsp cinnamon
06 - ¼ tsp nutmeg
07 - 1 tbsp cornstarch

→ Topping

08 - 1 cup old-fashioned oats
09 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
10 - ½ cup brown sugar
11 - ½ tsp cinnamon
12 - ¼ tsp salt
13 - ½ cup cold butter, cubed

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
02 - Toss apples, cranberries, sugar, lemon juice, spices, and cornstarch. Spread in dish.
03 - Mix oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit.
04 - 35-40 mins until golden and bubbly. Cool 10 mins before serving.
