Creamy Chicken and Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
03 - Salt and pepper to taste.
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided.
05 - 4-5 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 1 1/2 cups almond milk.
07 - 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour.
08 - 1 medium broccoli head, chopped (3 cups).
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
10 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper on all sides.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove and cover.
03 - Whisk almond milk and flour until smooth. Heat remaining oil, cook garlic 1 minute. Add milk mixture and stir until thickened.
04 - Add broccoli to sauce and cook 6-8 minutes until tender.
05 - Return chicken to pan, heat through. Garnish with parsley and lemon.

01 - Slice thick chicken breasts horizontally for even cooking.
02 - Can substitute other vegetables like asparagus or green beans.
