Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Slice the kielbasa and brown it in a large pan over medium heat. Once browned, remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan over medium heat, add the butter and minced garlic. Once the butter melts, add the heavy cream, tomato sauce, tomato paste, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well.

Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.

Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Add the browned kielbasa back to the pan and mix everything together. Serve topped with extra parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
