Crockpot Pierogi Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 packages Mrs. T's Cheddar Pierogies.
02 - 4 cups chicken broth.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 pound kielbasa, sliced.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Add 3 cups broth, frozen pierogies, kielbasa and cheddar to 4-6 quart crockpot.
02 - Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6 hours.
03 - 30 minutes before end, warm cream cheese with remaining broth until smooth.
04 - Stir in cream cheese mixture, top with remaining cheddar. Cook 30 more minutes on low.
05 - Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any flavor pierogies.
02 - No need to thaw pierogies first.
