Pour the condensed coconut milk into a bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.

Sift the cocoa powder over the warm coconut milk to prevent any lumps. Use a spatula to stir everything together until the mixture is totally smooth with no cocoa lumps.

Pop the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes so the mixture firms up enough to shape into balls.

Scoop out small portions and roll them between your palms to form smooth balls.

Roll each truffle in extra dark cocoa powder to coat the outside. Keep them in the fridge until ready to eat.
