Dark Chocolate Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup sweetened condensed coconut milk (120 g)
02 - ½ cup dark cacao powder (60 g), plus extra for coating

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the condensed coconut milk into a bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
02 - Sift the cocoa powder over the warm coconut milk to prevent any lumps. Use a spatula to stir everything together until the mixture is totally smooth with no cocoa lumps.
03 - Pop the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes so the mixture firms up enough to shape into balls.
04 - Scoop out small portions and roll them between your palms to form smooth balls.
05 - Roll each truffle in extra dark cocoa powder to coat the outside. Keep them in the fridge until ready to eat.

01 - Refrigerate the mixture first to make rolling easier
02 - You can coat these with crushed nuts or sprinkles for a fun twist
03 - These truffles are naturally vegan and dairy-free
04 - Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week
