Refrigerate the dirt cups for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend and the dessert to set properly.

Place shredded coconut in a container with a lid. Add a few drops of green food coloring and a touch of water. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the coconut is evenly colored to resemble grass.
